Bondo - Komba
Strecke 2002 und 2003 nicht befahren doch auf der ganzen Länge vorhanden, unmittelbar nördlich von Likati kombinierte Bahn/Strassen-Brücke, sehr schmal, für Autos äusserst gefährlich!
No trains ran in 2002 and 2003, line still complete, just North of Likati combined Road/Rail Bridge, very narrow, very dangerous for road vehicles!
Bumba - Aketi
Im ganzen Jahr 2002 nur ein Zug in jeder Richtung gefahren, für die 187 km wurden je Richtung 2,5 Tage benötigt
In 2002 just one train ran in each direction, for 187 km the journey went up to 2,5 days.
Aketi - Isiro
2 Lokomotiven im Einsatz, mindestens 35 bis 40 Güterwagen, 2 Personenwagen, Verkehr je Richtung etwa alle 2-3 Monate, je nach Dieselversorgung; Fahrzeit je Richtung: ca. 1 Woche

Für Ausländer sind folgende Polizeiposten als "SEHR GEFÄHRLICH" eingestuft, in jedem Falle wird hier durchsucht und es sind hohe Summen zu entrichten: Bondo, Aketi, Bumba; Benzin und Dieselpreise in dieser Region: 2 bis 12 US$ pro Liter wenn überhaupt erhältlich. Medizinische Grundversorgung nur in Isiro und Bumba teilweise möglich. Strassen: Nur ab Bondo südwärts ca. 20 km asphaltiert gewesen; Zwischen Titule und Isiro teilweise Allwetterpiste, andere Strassen sind während 2 bis 8 Monaten im Jahr nicht passierbar. Für die Benützung von Fähren wird nebst einer Gebühr die Abgabe von 5 - 25 Liter Benzin oder Diesel verlangt!
For foreigners the following police stations are considered as VERY DANGEROUS, in any case officers will look at all your belongings and you have to pay high amounts of money: Bondo, Aketi, Bumba; Gasoil and diesel prices in this region: 2 to 12 US$ per Litre, if available at all. Basic medical services possible in Isiro and Bumba only. Roads: It was once a tarmac road for 20 km to the South of Bondo; between Titule and Isiro partly all weather earth road, other roads aren't transitable for 2 to 8 months a year. For trips by ferry one has to pay a fee and to deliver 5 to 25 Litres of gasoil or diesel fuel to the operator.
